We had a beautiful for our Sunday Cruise to the historical Coney Island in the Shannon Estuary. Some people took the opportunity to have a barbecue on shore while others walked to the Captain John Fitzgerald monument, the highest point on the island, with fantastic views of the Shannon and Fergus estuary. A very enjoyable day was had by all.
