Boats from various clubs on the river Shannon gathered together in Limerick recently for a nice acoustic evening for Mental Health Awareness. There was a procession of boats from the Docks to Thomondgate. People gathered on all bridges with their phone or torch to “light up the river” in support of this great cause. Boats were lit up also, even the “Liam McCarthy Cup” was in the procession and lit up!
