Our Laying Up Supper was held last Saturday evening at the Clubhouse. A fantastic night with great company, great food, great entertainment and an overall great atmosphere.
We couldn’t have wished for a better night to bid farewell to our Commodore of five years, James McCormack. James thanked everybody for coming to the Laying Up Supper. He stated that he enjoyed his time as Commodore and thanked everybody for their help over the past five years. He reiterated what he has kept saying over the years, that we have a GREAT CLUB, to TAKE OWNERSHIP, be PROUD of it and above all WORK TOGETHER. It was great to see him being acknowledged by the crowd with a big cheer and standing ovation.
To everyone who ventured down to the club, and to those who were unable to make it, I’m sure we’ll see you next year!!
